Sometimes, I think the site is getting way too serious to the casual Irish surfer. That's likely part of the big challenge... to minimize the numbers of "casual" Irishmen... and convert them to informed, deliberate Irishmen.
Happy New Year to all. Hope next year is prosperous for Ireland. Remember, Peace was never the goal. At least, not the ultimate goal. Because we now have relative peace, does not mean we have attained what we originally wanted. We wanted our country back from the invaders. We've all gotten tired of the battles and the deaths...so we all welcome the peace. We must not forget our intention though. We need to do what two "differing" parties do during a cease fire... get to the table and establish meaningful, feasible, significant, progressive and long-lasting agreements. |
