Achairde,
I'm looking for lyrics and chords for a song I just heard. I don't know the name of it. The lyircs begin something like this, "On the road from Bandon to Macroom I stopped in Beal na Bla where on that black day in 22 they cut Mick Collins down for freedom to acheive greater freedom his hope.............. you can cry cry cry cry a sea of tears cry cry cry for 800 years cry until your eyes go dry cry until you go blind... there's no use in crying... As I walked up past Kilmainham jail and I thought of what went down........... |

The song is called Cry, cry, cry, by Ron Kevana if I am not mistaken. You can find it in the album "1798 - 1998 Irish Songs of Rebellion", by The Alias Acoustic Band. Hope that helps (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

The song is indeed by Ron Kevana. I'll post the lyrics on Monday (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)
