I'm hoping this is it. I know that Tim In Arrears was done as a slip jig, usually done by Hardiman The Fiddler, there is several reels but think that since it dones contain the lyrics this might in fact be the one you're looking for, if not... then I'll keep searching lol ;)

I went to the fair of Bellaghy,
I bought a wee swag of a pig,
I gathered it up in my arms,
and danced the swaggering jig.
And it's high to the top of the heather,
and high to the but of the sprig,
and high to the bonnie wee lassie
who danced the swaggering jig.
As I went to the fair of Bellaghy,
I bought a wee slip of a pig,
and being down by the poor house,
I whistled the swaggering jig.
And it's high to the cups and the saucers,
and high to the butter and bread,
and high to the bonnie wee lassie
who danced the swaggering jig.
I being down by the poor house,
I whistled so loud and so shrill,
I made all the fairies to tremble
that lived around Corcoran's hill.
And it's high to the top of the heather
and high to the but of the sprig,
and high to the bonnie wee lassie
who danced the swaggering jig.

The lyrics were there just all the way at the bottom of that page. I'm sorry I should have stated that previously. Hope this helps :)

I eventually got the lyrics..
Here they are ..Thanks anyway..
Taim In Arrears

Here's a health to me mother-in-law now,
I ne'er at a fair saw her yet,
You blackguard don't drink a drop with me,
Your conduct I'll never forget,
My money you freely have squandered,
Treated me rarely there now
Drank both me goose and me gander,
And tonight you'll be drinking me cow

chorus:
Oh Ta'im in arrears, in arrears,
Ta'im in arrears, i dti on ol,
Ta'im in arrears, in arrears,
And I'm feared I'll not pay evermore

I'm a fellow without any shame now,
Without a good name to report,
That would say to his darling wife's mother,
He'd still carry on in this sort,
I surely must travel through irinn,
Take to the road till I die,
As on me way I'll be faring,
You'll still hear my neighbours all cry,

Chorus:

I'd give you of cows a full twenty,
Of calves I would give you a score,
I'd give you me money in plenty,
If you'll promise to drink here no more,
A thousand good cows you can give me,
Ten acres a million or more,
I could swear to give over me drinking,
I'd still pay a call to this door

Chorus:

There's a band of grey mud 'round me hat now,
In my coat there is many a tear,
Like a string is my old caravat now,
And oh me poor wig is thread-bare,
I'll buy me a shining new jacket,
A wig that's all powdered galore,
And I'll kick up a mighty fine racket,
When I come into money once more
